This week my dearest friend in the Corps, Amanda came and visited me and Levi on her way from Okinawa to her home town. It had been almost a year since we last said goodbye in Virginia last fall.
It was so good to be able to catch up with her and spend time staying up and talking for hours. I am so blessed to have her for a friend and was especially blessed by her visit during this deployment.
